Practical AI-guided reflection.
Prepare a clear, respectful conversation
Plan an opening, a concrete request and a safe way to pause when tension rises.
Understand the problem
Preparation can help you communicate clearly, but it cannot control another person's response. Describe a specific event without guessing motives. Explain its impact, state your request and leave space for the other person's perspective. Consider power differences and whether the conversation is safe. Do not use a rehearsal script to confront someone who is threatening or abusive; independent specialist support may be safer.
Take a practical next step
Draft three sentences: what I noticed, why it matters to me, and what I am requesting. Rehearse one calm response to disagreement and one sentence for pausing the conversation.
A question to consider
What would a useful conversation achieve, even if we do not fully agree?
